Mindful Reception

Mindful Desk offers virtual reception and admissions services to handle every aspect of client interaction, ensuring your practice runs smoothly while you focus on providing care.

Created with the provider in mind, services are priced per day. This ensures that even though you may not need your virtual assistant to work all hours of the workday, they are available to answer calls and inquires between the hours of 9:00 am and    3:00 pm.

Pricing

Solo practices - 1 clinician

  • $100 per week
    Up to 3 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $200 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $300 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $400 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

Group practices with 1 - 3 clinicians

  • $150 per week
    Up to 3 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $250 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $350 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $450 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

Group practices with 4 - 7 clinicians

  • $300 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $400 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $500 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.

  • $600 per week
    Up to 4 cumulative hours pers day. Additional hours are billed at $25 per hour.
